Information about future Shareholder communication.
During January 2007, new provisions of the Companies Act 2006 came into force regarding the ways that a company is permitted to communicate with its shareholders. The Company's Articles of Association allow the company to use electronic means and its website (www.telecitygroup.com) to make statutory documents and information available to shareholders. Such documents and information include (but are not limited to) the Annual Report and Accounts. As well as giving shareholders greater choice as to how communications are received, publication on the website allows the Company to reduce both the environmental impact and the costs of such communications and to speed up the provision of information to shareholders. Therefore, it is the Board's intention in the future to provide, as far as possible, all documents via the Company's website to all shareholders who have not specifically elected to receive the information in hard copy (i.e. paper) form.
