ec3 Solutions is a technology-based business focused on application service provisioning to the global insurance market. Through the use of modern and proven technologies, the company has created a mission-critical Java™ application for managing insurance portfolios. The application is called isis™Challenge

The challenge that ec3 faced was selection of a managed hosting vendor to build, deploy, and manage the platform for its isis™ application. The company concluded that an in-house approach would be prohibitively costly and would likely distract attention from core business objectives. Another concern was the skill, time, effort, and money required to maintain the highest uptime and quality standards if they chose an in-house model. ec3 chose TelecityGroup from a short-list of five of the best prospective hosting and managed services providers.
