TelecityGroup short-listed at Datacentre Leadership Awards 2007
London, 29 November 2007: TelecityGroup, a European provider of network independent data centres and managed services, has been short-listed in three categories at the DatacenterDynamics Leaders’ Awards 2008.TelecityGroup has been recognised in the categories for ‘Innovation in the Outsourced Environment’, ‘Innovation in the Medium Datacenter’, and ‘Innovation in the Micro Datacenter’. The short-listed companies, selected by a panel of international industry figures, are chosen for their use of innovative design techniques and operational strategies which deliver improved data centre facilities and benefits to end customers.
The DatacenterDynamics Leaders' Awards aim to recognise innovation, professionalism and achievement in the UK and European data centre industry. In addition, the awards intend to highlight the importance of the data centre industry to the UK's economy and daily life and to acknowledge the UK's leadership in this global sector.
