British Council

TelecityGroup worked with the British Council to design, build and deploy the system infrastructure for the Global Gateway portal, a DfES-sponsored portal enabling those involved in education across the world to engage in creative partnerships. This involved installing an operating system and various applications including a bespoke package of colocation, IP Multihome (which provides resilient connectivity), Managed Security (including firewall and antivirus), data backup and recovery services, and monitoring and network infrastructure management.
