Robert Morse
Non-Independent Non-Executive Director

Robert Morse has served with the Group as a non-executive Director since its formation in 2005. In his role with the Group, Mr Morse draws both on his experience of the Group’s industry in Europe, and on his knowledge of this in the United States, where he resides.

Mr Morse is a Partner of Oak Hill Capital Management and has been with the firm since 2001. Mr Morse focuses on investments in the technology industry. He serves on the Board of Directors of Monsoon Commerce Solutions, Oversee.net, SVTC Technologies and ViaWest. Prior to joining Oak Hill, Mr Morse worked at GCC Investments, a growth private equity firm and at Morgan Stanley.

Mr Morse earned a BSE degree, summa cum laude, from Princeton University and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar.
