Following a period of expansion in which Think London opened a network of branch-offices around the world including China, New York, San Francisco and India, the decision was made to outsource their data backup requirements. The London head office hosts the critical applications for the worldwide offices at its in-house data centre. As the traffic between branch-offices has continued to increase, it became essential to review the businesses continuity and data recovery plans in order to guarantee that no business-critical information was lost in the event of failure or disaster.
