Michael Tobin
CEO
Michael Tobin, aged 43, Executive Director (Chief Executive Officer)
Mr. Tobin is the Chief Executive Officer of TelecityGroup. Mr. Tobin joined joined Redbus in 2002 as Sales and Marketing Director and became Chief Executive Officer in 2003. Mr. Tobin has more than 25 years’ experience in the telecommunications and technology sector. Prior to TelecityRedbus, Mr. Tobin headed-up Fujitsu’s e-Commerce operations in Germany and before that ran ICL’s Danish subsidiary out of Copenhagen. Mr. Tobin has also enjoyed senior positions over 11 years in Paris including ICG, Tricord Systems Europe and Goupil UK.

Brian McArthur Muscroft
Group CFO
Brian is Group Chief Financial Officer at TelecityGroup. Brian is responsible for financial strategy, policies, reporting, planning and control for the TelecityGroup. Brian has over twenty years’ experience as a financial and strategic executive, with the last twelve of these specialising in telecoms and technology markets. Prior to joining TelecityGroup Brian held Group CFO positions including Viatel, a pan-European communications business, Eckoh Technologies plc, a UK-listed telecoms and technology group, and Cable and Wireless HKT Multimedia. He is a Chartered Accountant (FCA) and holds a Law Degree.

Julian Turner
Business Development Director
Julian is Business Development Director at TelecityGroup and is specifically responsible for the development of TelecityGroup’s network, content and media services strategy. Julian has a wealth of commercial experience in technology, broadcast and digital content markets. Prior to joining TelecityGroup Julian was head of Multimedia Solutions at BT Retail. He has also been CEO, beeb Ventures, the BBC e-commerce business and as Director of Online and Interactive TV at Granada Media was responsible for the company’s entry into new media. Julian has also held senior roles at Oracle, IBM and Olivetti.

Trevor Wadcock
Operations Director
Trevor Wadcock is the Operations Director of TelecityGroup, further to his appointment as Operations Director of TeleCity in October 2001. Trevor has more than 28 years' experience in the field of telecommunications management. Trevor was previously Vice President of Operations at MCI WorldCom, with responsibility for managing network operations across Europe and Asia, and has also held senior positions within BT.

Rob Coupland
Strategic Product Director
Rob is Strategic Product Director at TelecityGroup, responsible for the development and implementation of the Group product and services portfolio. He has fifteen years’ experience in technology product development with a particular focus on business networks, hosting and mobile convergence markets. Prior to joining TelecityGroup Rob was Head of Product Marketing at NTL Business where he was responsible for the entire business services portfolio. Before joining NTL Rob held senior product management and development roles at Cable & Wireless.

Adriaan Oosthoek
Country Manager, UK & Ireland
Adriaan Oosthoek is responsible for developing the company reputation and presence in the UK market. Before joining the company Adriaan worked for Teles AG in Berlin. In 1996 he helped founding the Dutch subsidiary of Teles AG. In January 1999 he was promoted to Managing Director Benelux. In April 2000 he was asked, next to his job as Managing Director in the Netherlands, to manage the French subsidiaries as well, on an interim basis. In 2001 he was responsible for Business Development for the Communication Division. Before 1996 Adriaan worked for Racal Datacom as a Manager Distribution Channel and Raet Systems & Services as an account manager.
Adriaan has a bachelors degree in Business Information Sciences. He studied at the Business School for Economics in The Hague and holds marketing certificates NIMA A and NIMA B.

Stéphane Duproz
Country Manager, France
Stéphane Duproz joined the company in January 2002 and is responsible for the management and co-ordination of the company’s local operations. Stéphane’s key objective is to expand the company reputation and prominence in the French market.
After graduating in 1986 from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques (Institute of Political Sciences), Stéphane Duproz began his career in a variety of advisory posts in business strategy, marketing, communications, etc. In 1996, he joined CalvaCom, the French pioneer in internet access and web development, as Sales Manager. Subsequent to the 1997 acquisition of CalvaCom by PSINet - a global Internet Services Provider - Stéphane was appointed Sales and Marketing Director France.
In 1988 he was promoted to Managing Director France and, in 1999, he became European Director of Mergers, Acquisitions and Integrations. In 2001, he left PSINet to join Dedigate, a company specialized in dedicated, managed hosting, as Vice-President Europe for Sales and Marketing.

Martin Essig
Country Manager, Germany
Martin Essig is responsible for the management and co-ordination of the company’s local operations. Martin’s key objective is to expand the company's reputation and prominence in the German market.
Martin was previously a member of the executive management in charge of the operating business of Unitec Informationssysteme GmbH in Hanau. Unitec is a system house in the field of the outsourcing of IT services for companies in the manufacturing industries. From 1996 to 1999 Martin worked as Director of Operations with Unifi Communications GmbH in Frankfurt, a technology company in the telecommunications area. Martin can draw on twelve years of professional experience in the IT and telecommunications industries. He studied at the Technical University of Nova Scotia in Halifax, Canada, and graduated as a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering in 1992. In addition, he completed, amongst other things, the International Executive Programme of INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France.

Luca Beltramino
Country Manager, Italy
Luca Beltramino, is responsible for the management and co-ordination of the company’s local operations, and looking to reinforce the company’s presence on the Italian market. A graduate in Political Science and Economics, Luca worked in the real estate sector until 1999 when he moved into the telecommunications industry as Regional Sales Manager for Central and Southern Italy at Viatel Global Communications Inc. – one of the main worldwide telco services providers.
Following the good results obtained he has been appointed Country Manager for Italy coordinating a staff team of more than 40 people and 200 external sales representatives for Milan and Rome. In July 2000, as Managing Director at Interxion, a pan-European multinational which operates in the colocation market, he opened the first Italian subsidiary Internet Exchange Centre.
In March 2002, Luca Beltramino joined as Country Manager.

Alexandra Schless
Country Manager, Netherlands
Alexandra Schless started as Country Manager Sales and Marketing for The Netherlands in February 2000. In 2002, Alexandra was appointed Managing Director for The Netherlands and from then on she headed the Dutch locations and was responsible for strategy and positioning in the Dutch market.
Alexandra has extensive international experience in the telecoms industry. Before joining TelecityGroup Alexandra worked with Vicorp as regional sales director for The Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria and Germany. Before that she was marketing and communications manager with Enertel. Alexandra started her career as business product manager with Lucent Technologies.
Alexandra holds a degree in Business Economics from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

Niclas Sanfridsson
Country Manager, Sweden
Niclas has been responsible for the operations of Sweden since 2002. Before joining TelecityGroup Niclas worked for several years with WorldCom where he most successfully built the dealer channel for the Swedish WorldCom organisation. Niclas headed the sales team for WorldCom as Sales Director for Sweden before joining TelecityGroup. Prior to his career with WorldCom Niclas held senior sales positions at Telia Financial Services.
Niclas holds a degree in European Economics from Påhlmans Business Institute.
